Buffalo Company is a maker and seller of American-made, finely-crafted, heirloom furniture, accessories, and fine art.

Buffalo Company was founded and established in 2015 by John James, after several years of planning, academic study, apprenticeships, and capital investment.

The name of the company is a lasting tribute to one of the many great pioneering and entrepreneurial spirits and heroes of the American West, William Fredrick Cody (1846 – 1917), commonly known as Buffalo Bill.

It is our hope, as we grow the firm, the fine objects made by the exceptional artists, makers, craftsmen, and woman at Buffalo Company, will become historical treasures, like so many of the well-known American forms we design, curate and make.
